After learning the absolute basics for backflip in [LVL 1], learn how to sequence and build the muscle memory of a FRONTFLIP with proper form to prepare for the FRONTFLIP attempt safely. Milestone to achieve: - 100 FRONTFLIP block drills prior to attempt FRONTFLIP
