As you progress learning kicks , inverts and flips, many a times you will find yourself landing in end range position. Developing strength at those end range positions allow you to prevent injury, as well as to improve joint health. Carl Jung believes that "Whatever you avoid you create". He suggests that we should create challenging situations that replicate the situation we avoid, to conquer them. Rather than taking a passive approach towards protecting the joints in the end ranges, we shall give the body stimulus challenging enough such that it adapts to the demands of the stimulus.
