Singapore Tricking Gathering 2019

The Singapore Tricking Gathering (STG) is an initiative by The Hype Tribe, a local company that coaches tricking with the aim of building the tricking community here. STG has been running for more than 8 years, with the past two years held in GymKraft.

Tricking is an aesthetic blend of kicks, flips and twists derived from various disciplines such as martial arts, gymnastics and acrobatics. Tricking can be integrated into these disciplines such as taekwondo, wushu, dance, stuntwork etc. 

STG aims to build the community of trickers that identify themselves as practitioners of movement in the diverse field of different art forms.

Tricking moves are versatile in almost every field of sport, adding to the vocabulary of movements for your involved sport. For the uninitiated, it increases body awareness and mental confidence that can be applied in every aspect of your life, physical or otherwise. For those not as keen in participating, get entertained by watching the battles and nightshow to see some of Singapore’s and the world’s best trickers throw down gravity defying moves.
