2. Condition the body for the flip
3. Provide sufficient time to prepare the body

Lesson 1: Demystifying the backflip + Introduction to Backflip Fundamentals
Lesson 2 & 3: Distracting Fear + Fundamental Backflip conditioning
Lesson 4 - 6: Fundamental Backflip conditioning
